- At least 3 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner or Business Analyst, in industries like FinTech and E-commerce
- A formal education in economics, management, organizational sciences, or similar fields
- Excellent understanding of business logic and processes, with the ability to identify user needs and translate them into functional requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles
- A strong interest in financial products and E-commerce
- Experience working with teams that develop digital products (web, mobile applications, software solutions)
- Strong interpersonal skills, independence, and consistency in your work
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Linear)
- Define and maintain the product vision in line with the company’s business goals
- Set priorities based on business needs and changing stakeholder requirements
- Collaborate and communicate closely with stakeholders, designers, and other members of the development team to align key product elements
- Monitor product performance using metrics, analytics, and feedback from clients
- Continuously improve the product based on market trends and user feedback
- Ensure product quality and alignment with user expectations while meeting deadlines

- Organize daily meetings and sprint planning with the development team
- Create and assign tickets based on planned tasks and priorities
- Anticipate potential issues and obstacles in team workflows and proactively resolve them
- Communicate with stakeholders to align project components, report progress, and support further decision-making
- Ensure effective and transparent collaboration across teams
- Monitor and manage team member engagement
- Track sprint progress, identify and resolve workflow difficulties
- Organize and lead sprint retrospectives, with a focus on analyzing suggestions and removing process obstacles

- Systematically contact and follow up on client leads by phone
- Advise and respond to inquiries from interested investors via phone and email
- Following performance KPI’s
- Prepare and organize investor documentation
- Manage and document the sales process in our CRM system
- Assist in organizing and executing investor events
- Experience in a similar role (sales and phone-based consulting)
- A friendly, self-motivated, and positive attitude with a professional appearance
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (other languages are a plus)
- Solid computer skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A structured, reliable, and flexible working style
